7 mile Beach
5 oz Platinum, 1 oz Rio Loco, 1oz. lime juice, Fresca soda. Shake wines with lime juice. Pour into ice-filled highball glass and add Fresca. Garnish with a lime wedge.

5 oz Barajas, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 1 drop of almond extract. Shake with ice and serve in an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Banana Daiquiri
1 bottle SB Banana mix, 4 liters Tiki Bay, 3.5 quarts water. Mix well and pour into machine. Makes about 2.5 gallons at 7.2% alcohol per drink.
Barajas Sunrise
6 oz Barajas, 2 oz SB Orange Liquid Mix, 1 scoop ice. Pour into blender with enough ice to make a 14 oz. drink. Slowly pour 1 oz. grenadine syrup down edge of glass, allowing it to pool in the bottom.
Barajas Sunrise
5 oz Barajas, 3 oz orange juice concentrate, 1 oz grenadine syrup. Shake wine with juice concetrate and ice. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Pour grenadine syrup slowly down the side of the glass so that it sinks to the bottom. DO NOT STIR.

Blue Hawaiian Daiquiri
1 bottle SB Blue Hawaiian mix, 4 liters Tiki Bay, 3.5 quarts water. Mix well and pour into machine. Makes about 2.5 gallons at 7.2% alcohol per drink.
Calypso
3 oz Platinum, 2 oz Tiki Bay, 1 oz Rio Loco, 1 oz frozen grape juice concentrate, 1/2 oz lemonade. Shake wine with juice concentrates and pour into ice-filled highball glass. Glass may be rimmed with purple sugar; garnish with a lemon twist.
Cherry Daiquiri
1 bottle SB Cherry mix, 4 liters of Tiki Bay, 3.5 quarts water. Mix well and pour into machine. Makes about 2.5 gallons at 7.2% alcohol per drink.
Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
3 oz Old Hays Fire, 7 oz hot chocolate. Pour into warm mug and top with chocolate shavings, mini marshmallows, or Whipped Cream.

4 oz Platinum, 1 oz Rio Loco, 2 oz frozen cranberry concentrate. Shake wine with juice concentrate. Rim martini glass with lemon sugar and garnish with lemon wheel. May also be served on the rocks.

4 oz Barajas, 1 oz Rio Loco, 2 oz fresh mango puree, splash of orange juice, 1oz.lime juice. Shake with ice and pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

4 oz Barajas, 1 oz Rio Loco, 1 oz SB Margarita Powder Mix, 1 scoop ice. Swirl wine with powder, then add with ice to blender. Makes a 12-14 oz. frozen drink.

1 bottle SB Margarita Mix, 8 liters Barajas, 2 liters Rio Loco, 2 gallons water. Mix well and pour into machine. Makes about 5 gallons at 8.8% alcohol per drink.
