One machine freezes the base; your operators add flavor on the side — the adult snow-cone-stand model that turns a single machine into a full lineup. Wine-based, so it pours on your beer & wine license. Ready-to-use at 12% ABV, or as a 14% concentrate cut with two gallons of water to 8.5%.

The problem with frozen programs is equipment: a machine per flavor eats space and capital. Zath flips it — freeze one neutral base, add flavor at the point of pour, and one machine serves the whole board. Less equipment, less space, more menu.
